This is a very good main dish fit for any crowd of people...They will definately come back for seconds.,
Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinned chicken breast, cut into 1 inch strips
3/4 cup cocktail peanuts
2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
dipping sauce
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon jarred mustard
Directions:
1. Place peanuts in a food processor; whirl until finely chopped.
2. Combine the peanuts with coconut in a medium bowl.
3. Place flour in a second bowl.
4. Lightly beat the eggs in a 3rd bowl.
5. Dip chicken pieces in flour to coat, then in egg and then in peanut-coconut mixture.
6. Pour enough oil in electric skillet and fry chicken about 6 pieces at a time.
7. Cook 4 to 6 minutes.

9. Combine all ingredients together and dip with the chicken.
