Coconut Oatmeal Blondies (Blonde Brownies)

This is my favourite blondie recipe. Is also great with the addition of nuts.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup yogurt (fat free works fine too)
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sweetened coconut
3/4 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt butter, add brown sugar and yogurt and mix well.
3. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
4. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and blend into wet mixture in small amounts.
5. Stir in cocnut and oatmeal.
6. Spread into an 8 greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
