Saw a similar recipe years ago. I make this as a low carb summer treat and my kids love it.
Ingredients:
15 ounces coconut milk
3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
4 tablespoons unsweetened dried shredded coconut
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk and Splenda.
2. Pour into the popsicle molds.
3. Add 1 Tablespoon coconut to each mold and freeze.
