Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups coconut
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
1. Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt.
2. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.
3. Drop from teaspoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
5. Remove immediately.
