Ingredients:
1 cup(s) uncooked jasmine rice
1 1/4 cup(s) water
1/2 cup(s) light coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 cup(s) chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
1. Combine rice, water, salt and coconut milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer; cook 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and tender. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork, stir in cilantro.
