Coconut-Honey Fruit Dip

This came from Toast To Life A Recipe Book. I have not tried this just posting for safe keeping. I plan to use sugar-free honey and unsweetened coconut.
Ingredients:
16 ounces cottage cheese
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon orange rind
Directions:
1. Whirl cottage cheese at low speed in blender until smooth.
2. Transfer to medium size bowl. Stir in yogurt, honey, coconut and orange rind; mix well. Refrigerate until chilled (about one hour).
3. Place dip in a small glass dish or hollowed-out cantaloupe and surround with bite size pieces of fresh fruit.
