Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Use your electric beater to thoroughly blend all ingredients EXCEPT the coconut flour. Sift the coconut flour into the blended mixture then fold in the chopped almonds.
  3. Use a small ladle to pour batter into a well greased (or paper lined) muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 15-17 min.
