This is a pie that is filled with coconut. It is a traditional custard pie made easily for small parties.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (6 ounce) package shredded coconut
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and blend well. Pour into a 8 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until crust is brown and custard is firm.
