Coconut Crunch Apple Pie

The coconut adds a nice flavor and crunch to the crust of this pie. I make this every year and it's a big hit.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
5 -6 tablespoons cold water
1/4 cup coconut
4 cups apples
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup soft butter
1/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Crust:mix flour and salt.cut in shortning until pea sizedmix in water by the tbsp until dough is soft.roll out doughsprinkle with coconut and roll in.place in bottom of pie plate.
2. Filling:Mix together put in crust.(apples sugar cinnamon and flour).
3. Topping:Mix together Sprinkle on top.(Last 6 ingredients).
4. bake at 350* for 30 minute.
