Coconut Cream Pie
Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) frozen pie crusts, ready-to-bake, thawed
2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups frozen whipped topping
Directions:
1. Bake pie shell according to package directions; set aside to cool.
2. In a medium saucepan, whisk milk, eggs, coconut, sugar, flour, butter, vanilla, and salt together.
3. Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, or until thickened.
4. Pour into baked pie shell.
5. Chill at least 4 hours, or until set.
6. Spread whipped topping over pie and serve.
