Coconut Cream Custard

Used in Tropical Rum Trifle or wherever you want.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 cups milk
14 ounces coconut milk
6 egg yolks
Directions:
1. Whisk together in heavy saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking costantly and boil 1 minute or till thick, keep whisking.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Place pan in ice water, whisking occasionally until cool.
5. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before using.
