Ingredients:
coconut cream cheese pound cake
3 cup's all-purpose flour,plus more for pan
1/2 cup unsalted butter,room temperature
1/2 cup shortening
1 pkg.(8 oz.)cream cheese,room temperature
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
1/4 tsp.baking soda
1/4 tsp.salt
3/4 cup shredded coconut flavoring
1 tsp.coconut flavoring
1 tsp,vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan. Cream butter,shortening,and cream cheese in a mixing bowl.Gradually add sugar,beating at medium speed until well
2. combined.Add eggs one at a time,beating after each addition.
3. Combine flour,baking soda,and salt.Add flour mixture to egg batter and stir just until well blended.Fold in shredded coconut,coconut flavoring,and vanilla.Pour batter into pan.Bake for one hour 30 minutes,or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.
