15 ounces coconut milk
4 cups chicken stock
28 ounces diced tomatoes (fire roasted is best)
4 ears corn (kernels cut from)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil, simmer 10 minutes.
