Ingredients:
1-8 oz. tub cool whip
1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
1-tbs. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
1 nine inch ready graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. Beat sugar and milk into cream cheese until smooth.
2. Fold in coconut, then cool whip, and extract.
3. Spoon into crust and freeze until firm (about 4 hours).
4. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before you cut it. Store leftover pie in freezer.
