Ingredients:
1 whole(s) german chocolate cake as directed on box |
1 container(s) coconut frosting melt |
1/4 cup(s) powdered sugar |
1/4 cup(s) mascarpone cheese softened |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) hazelnut liqueur |
1/4 cup(s) coconut toasted |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese softened |
Directions:
1. Bake cake as directed on box. let cool completely by covering and placing n refrigerator. 2. Place powdered sugar, mascarpone cheese, 1 1/2 tablespoons liqueur, and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at high speed until well blended. 3. CUT UP CAKE.Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons mascarpone mixture over bottom of bowl, add cake pour melted coconut frosting lightly over cake; cover with tops. 4. Arrange 3 filled cake layers . Garnish with toasted coconut. |
