Coconut Cake

This is a great cake for the warmer months, very refreshing.
Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) white cake mix (without pudding in mix)
2 whole eggs
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 cup liquid (juice drained from pineapple and water)
1 (16 ounce) can cream of coconut
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip
1 cup coconut
Directions:
1. Place pineapple in blender to puree.
2. Combine cake mix, eggs, pineapple, liquid (from juice and water);mix.
3. Bake in greased and foured 9x13 pan at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. When done, punch holes in cake (use wooden spoon handle) and pour cream of coconut over cake.
5. When cool, frost with Cool Whip and top with coconut.
