No oil, no sugar ( add 1 tsp stevia to dry ingreidents), and DELISH! and onyl 50 calories per cookie! B grade!
Ingredients:
wet ingredients
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp milk
dry ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup oats
Directions:
1. Combine both ingredient groups seperatly (make sure to add 1 tsp powdered stevia extract to dry ingredients), and then fold them in together. Spoon onto a baking sheet (22g each) Bake 350 for 10 minutes, or longer if desired.
