This is a wonderful chocolatey tasting smoothie from Hey Mom! I'm Hungry! by Susan Powter. It makes a thin smoothie but we like it this way as dessert. Yum.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons dutch-processed cocoa powder
7 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk
2 cups skim milk
2 frozen bananas, peeled
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix.
2. Serve immediately.
