Cocktail Meatballs

The perfect potluck meatball.
Ingredients:
meatballs
1 lb hamburger
1/2 c bread crumbs
1 t salt
1 t accent
1/4 c milk
1 small onion, minced /onion flakes
flour
2 t butter, butter crisco or nuco margarine
sauce
1/4 c molasses
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c catsup
1/4 t tobasco sauce
1/2 t marjoram
Directions:
1. Mix together hamburger, bread crumbs, salt, accent, milk, and onion.
2. Form into tiny balls.
3. Meatballs:
4. Roll in flour and brown in butter (1 used butter flavored Crisco, it doesn’t burn like butter does or Nuco Margarine, if available).
5. Sauce:
6. Combine molasses, tobasco sauce, vinegar, marjoram, and catsup.
7. Pour over meatballs; simmer 10 minutes, stirring several times until meatballs are glazed.
8. Yield: 60 meatballs at 4 per person.
