Simple cocktail meatball recipe that is always great for parties!
Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup corn flake crumbs
1/3 cup parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons minced onions
14 ounces cranberry sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
6 ounces chili sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine all step 1 ingredients together. Roll into 2 meatballs and place in baking dish.
2. Heat step 2 ingredients in saucepan. Cook until smooth and pour over meatballs.
3. Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. Serve with bow tie noodles and veggies. They're great cold too!
