Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place shredded lettuce in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, orange juice and crushed red pepper. Whisking constantly and vigorously, drizzle in olive oil until well combined. Season dressing with salt and pepper and toss with lettuce. Divide mixture among 4 bowls.
  2. Arrange turkey, bacon, cheese, eggs and cranberries on top of lettuce; serve.
