Good afternoon snack for adults and kids!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon margarine
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
5 cups crisp rice cereal
24 large marshmallows
Directions:
1. Melt th emargarine in the saucepan over medium. Addthe corn syrup and brown sugar. Heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Remove the saucepan to the hot pad.
2. Add the peanut butter. Stir until melted. Add the vanilla. Stir.
3. Put the cereal into the bowl.
4. Use the fork to dip each marshmallow into the peanut butter mixture until completely coated. Roll in the cereal. Set on the waxed paper to cool.
