Clear Leek And Shrimp Soup

I found this recipe on the back of a frozen shrimp bag. I have not had a chance to try it yet but I'm hoping to very soon.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups thinly sliced leeks
1 garlic clove; crushed
2 cups fresh shrimp (cleaned)
2 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons fresh parsleyp chopped
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Melt butter over medium high heat in a soup pot
2. Add leeks and crushed garlic. Saute for 1 minute
3. Add shrimp and continue to saute for 1 minute
4. Add chicken stock and season to taste with parsley, pepper, and crushed pepper.
5. Return to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes until shrimp is fully cooked.
6. (For an Oriental flavor, add 2 tsp sesame or chili oil)
