Classic Pumpkin Pie

i have tried this recipe and it is great. it makes two pies.
Ingredients:
double crust, for a 9 inch pie
1 (29 ounce) can comstock pumpkin puree
2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk )
4 eggs
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. heat oven to 425 degrees.
2. in mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except pie shells.
3. mix well.
4. pour half of mixture into each pastry shell.
5. bake 15 minutes.
6. reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
7. bake 35-40 minutes, longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
8. cool.
9. garnish as desired.
10. refrigerate leftovers.
