Ingredients:
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 (4-oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 teaspoon finely grated onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 (8-oz.) block 2% reduced-fat extra-sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 (8-oz.) block 2% reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Stir together mayonnaise, pimiento, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and ground red pepper. Stir in cheeses.
