Classic Peanut Butter Cookies With Quinoa Flour

Peanut butter cookies made with 4/10 quinoa flour. Not gluten free.
Ingredients:
1 cup smart balance omega plus
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 cup quinoa flour
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in eggs.
2. In a separate bow sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
3. Stir flour mixture into peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Preheat oven to 375°F.
5. Roll into 1 inch balls, flatten, and place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies begin to brown. Do not over-bake.
