Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
2 cups fresh basil, packed
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Directions:
1. Put everything into the food processor, pulse to combine, then whiz away to make a paste.
