It's a very simple way of preparing it . But I loved the fact dat the flavours are intact
Ingredients:
clams
1 inch ginger , 2 garlic cloves , 3 fresh chillies - paste
few tbsps fish stock or milk
Directions:
1. Wash the clams thorougly .
2. Fry the paste .
3. Add the clams , once started to cook add the milk/stock .
4. Boil until done .
