Clam Chowder Habanero

A creamier version of the standard fare
Ingredients:
clams--magical ones as many as you like
potatoes, peeled and cubed, small then steamed
celery- minced
onion-chopped
chopped parsley
1/2 tsp dill weed
minced habanero pepper to sprinkle on top
1-2 sticks of butter to saute the vegetables
1 quart of clam juice
2 quarts of heavy cream
Directions:
1. Saute the celery and onion the butter in the bottom of stock pot
2. Add the parsley and saute
3. Add the dill and saute
4. Add the broth and cook for 20 minutes
5. Add the potatoes
6. Add the cream and slowly cook for another 10 minutes.
7. Sprinkle a tiny bit of the Habanero Pepper
8. Serve with Oyster crackers and Jameson.
