Claire's Low Fat Cheese Sauce

I use Wondra flour and Sargento reduced fat shredded cheese in this recipe. It's great on vegetables and makes fabulous macaroni and cheese
Ingredients:
1/4 cup wondra flour
2 cups milk, fat free
1 cup cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Combine the Wondra flour and skim milk in a 1 quart, heavy saucepan
2. Place the pan on medium high heat and stir while heating until bubbles rise. Do not bring to a full boil.
3. Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened
4. Remove from the heat
5. Put in the cheese, cover the pot and let sit for a few minutes until the cheese is gently melted.
6. Stir, season as desired, and serve hot.
