Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups apples, grated
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cloves, ground
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cups walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 f
2. Grease a 9 x 13 x 2 pan
3. Beat the eggs, oil and sugar until light, beat in the vanilla.
4. Stir in the grated apples
5. Combine the dry ingredients and fold into the wet ingredients.
6. Fold in the raisins and walnuts.
7. Spread in the pan and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the cake tests done.
