Ingredients:
3 oranges-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments
3 lemons-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments
2 grapefruits-cut the pith and peel off and remove the fruit in segments.
1 tablespoon chopped serrano peppers
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine orange, lemon, and grapefruit sections with peppers, mint, shallots, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix and season. Serve atop your favorite fish.
