From Weight Watchers. Low calorie, low fat marinade takes only minutes to put together. Flavors go great with grilled chicken. Makes enough marinade for 2 pounds of chicken.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons orange juice (fresh squeezed)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons canola oil
2 teaspoons cilantro
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in ziplock bag.
2. Seal bag and combine ingredients well.
3. Add chicken pieces.
4. Smush marinade around chicken to coat well.
5. Seal bag and place in baking dish in fridge.
6. Marinate for at least one day.
