Ingredients:
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind or 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon rind
2 tablespoons sea salt or 2 tablespoons kosher salt
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
2. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread out the grated ginger and citrus on the paper.
3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until completely dry. Combine with the salt.
