Ingredients:
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 tablespoon miniature marshmallows (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix carrots, raisins, lemon juice, lime juice, and sugar together using a fork in a microwave-safe bowl; cover bowl.
2. Heat in the microwave on low for 30 seconds. Transfer salad to a glass bowl; sprinkle marshmallows over salad.
