Two very wonderful butters. Lemon Parsley is great on fish, chicken or meats. Orange is so good on muffins or scones.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion, minced to taste
2 teaspoons lemon rind, grated
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon orange juice, frozen concentrate
1 teaspoon orange rind, grated
Directions:
1. For either butter: in a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat until fluffy & well mixed. Cover & refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
