Ingredients:
5 navel oranges, pith and peel removed, zest reserved, fruit cut crosswise into rounds
4 grapefruits, pith and peel removed, cut into segments
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves, optional
Directions:
1. Lay fruit slices on a platter in alternating rows and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Top with zest and add mint, if desired. Serve immediately.
