Ingredients:
2 onions chopped
3 clove(s) garlic minced
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
2 tablespoon(s) butter
1 bunch(es) italian parsley chopped
3 can(s) stewed tomatoes
3 cup(s) chicken stock
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon(s) dried basil
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
2 1/2 cup(s) dry white wine
1 pound(s) shrimp
1 pound(s) scallops
1 pound(s) cod cut into pieces
2 can(s) chopped clams
Directions:
1. In large soup pot, med heat, sauté onions, garlic & parsley in olive oil & melted butter until onions are soft. Add tomatoes and break up tomatoes. Add everything but seafood including clam juice and simmer 30 to 60 minutes. Add seafood and simmer about 5 minutes until cooked. Serve with crusty bread.
