Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) fine sugar
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne
lime juice
3/4 ounce(s) tamarind concentrate
2 ounce(s) white tequila
1 1/4 ounce(s) lime juice
1/2 ounce(s) lemon juice
1/2 ounce(s) simple syrup
1/4 ounce(s) cointreau
crushed ice
thin cinnamon stick (optional garnish)
cocktail shaker
Directions:
1. Blend sugar through pepper in shallow saucer. Coat one half of the outer rim of a martini glass with lime juice. Then coat that half of the rim with the sugar/salt mix.
2. Add tamarind through Cointreau to cocktail shaker. Fill with crushed ice and shake well. Strain into rimmed glass. Cinnamon to garnish, if desired.
3. Makes one serving.
