Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) butter,softenend
1 1/3 cup(s) sugar divided
1 egg
2 cup(s) flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1 cup(s) buttermilk
1 tablespoon(s) ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven 350 F
2. Large mixing bowl beat together butter 1 cup sugar and egg
3. Combine the Flour Baking Powder - Soda and Salt
4. Add Flour to egg alternatly with the butter milk
5. Small bowl combine the Cinnamon and remaing 1/3 cup sugar
6. Pour a Third of the batter into a greased 8x4x2 inch loaf of pan
7. Sprinkle a third of cinnamon sugar on top of batter
8. Rpeat Twice
9. Bake 45-50 min.
10. Let cool for 10 min
