Cinnamon Sugared Almonds

This is the perfect TV snack.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
4 cups whole almonds
1 1/2-2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a large, heavy bottomed, skillet place the sugar and water.
2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the almonds and cook, stirring constantly, until almost all the water has evaporated; about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cinnamon and salt and cook until the sugar has dried on the almonds; about 2 minutes.
5. Pour onto a large sheet pan and let cool.
