Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal

This is my version. I like my oatmeal thicker so I add a little more.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups oatmeal
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon walnuts, coarsely ground (optional)
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 drop vanilla
3 tablespoons milk
Directions:
1. add cinnamon to water add raisins
2. bring to a boil
3. add oats
4. Cook oatmeal. stirring alot
5. add butter and walnuts at end of cooking
6. Mix topping, adding milk 1 tablespoon at a time until loose but not runny.
7. Put on top of oatmeal.
8. I saw others do a swirl but I am not that fancy.
9. Ok for picture I tried with ziploc baggie sort of lol.
