If you want to leave out the raisins, add 1 teaspoon light butter along with the cinnamon and sweetener. The carbo rating will decrease to 16 without the raisins.
Ingredients:
1 (1-ounce) package instant oatmeal
1 tablespoon raisins
dash of ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Prepare instant oatmeal with water, according to package directions. Stir raisins into prepared oatmeal, and sprinkle with sweetener and cinnamon.
