Cinnamon-raisin Bread Pudding

Very easy bread pudding to make!!
Ingredients:
1 loaf (16oz) raisin-cinnamon swirl bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
6 cups milk
2 boxes (3 oz each) cook and serve vanilla pudding
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Toss bread with 2 cups of the milk in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
3. Let stand for 10 minutes.
4. In separate bowl, mix together remaining milk and pudding until smooth.
5. Pour over soaked bread; toss lightly.
6. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and almost set in the middle .
7. Cool on wire rack for at least 15 minutes before serving.
8. Serve warm or chilled...
