Cinnamon Popovers

This is good with sausage/apples for breakfast, or just by themselves.
Ingredients:
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; blend just until batter is smooth.
2. Place well greased muffin pans in 425°, 3 min.
3. or until a drop of water sizzles when dropped in them.
4. Remove pans from oven; fill each muffin cup half full with batter.
5. Bake at 425° for 15 min.
6. Reduce heat to 350°, and bake 12-15 min.
7. or until popovers are firm.
8. Serve immediately.
9. Yield: 1 dozen.
