Ingredients:
1 lb pecan halves |
1 egg |
3/4 c sugar |
2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients then add in the egg. Poor this onto the pecans which have been spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake 1-hr at 250 degrees, stirring every 5-mins for the first 30-mins, and every 10 mins for the last 30-mins. |
