One of our family traditions is to make these yummy nuts for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. I could eat my weight in these. :)
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 egg white
1 tbsp cold water
1 lb pecans
Directions:
1. Combine: sugar; cinnamon; and salt in a large zip lock bag.
2. Combine: egg white; and water in a second large zip lock bag.
3. Coat pecans in zip lock bag with egg mixture.
4. Once pecans are coated, place them in the bag with the sugar mixture, coating the pecans well.
5. Place in single layer on wax paper on a baking sheet.
6. Bake at 225 for 1 hour
