My Kids love these tender pancakes topped with fruit, a great Breakfast for any day.
Ingredients:
3c. flour
1/4c. sugar
1/8t. salt
1t. baking powder
1t. cinnamon
1 egg
2t. oil
1t. vanilla
3-4c. milk
Directions:
1. Start your skillet heating
2. In a large bowl whisk together the first 5 ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients.
4. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry while stirring.
5. Using a 1/4c. measuring cup, scoop batter onto skillet, cook until bubbles form on the top, flip the pancakes & cook 1-2 minutes more.
6. Repeat with the remaining batter. Enjoy with you favorite pancake toppings.
