Cinnamon Oatmeal Apple Crisp

A delightful dessert found in a periodical.
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
4 cups golden delicious apples, peeled and diced
whipped cream, for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter. Mix well until crumbly.
3. Press half of the mixture onto the bottom of a greased baking dish.
4. In another bowl, mix apples, cinnamon, and sugar. Spread evenly over crust.
5. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
7. Serve topped with whipped cream.
