No gluten, no sugar, lightly sweetened with honey. This recipe was an attempt to make GAPS friendly peanut butter cookies.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup ground almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons raw almond butter
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a cookie sheet.
3. Whisk the egg until it?s scrambled.
4. Add all ingredients together, mix lightly.
5. Drop by tablespoons and flatten and form into a peanut butter cookie shaped cookie.
6. Dough should be soft and somewhat sticky (coat spoon with grease to eliminate sticking).
7. Bake 7 minutes.
